House Curious
House Curious is the brainchild of Sommer Pyne. Based in London for the last 12 years, Sommer grew up in the sunny climes of Sydney, Australia. House Curious is a coming together of the Australian lifestyle she experienced and the rich creative tapestry of London living. A keen traveller with a passion for food, interiors and design, Sommer wanted to bring all these passions to one place to share with other like-minded people.

Opening the doors to her home in Wandsworth Common, Sommer has created House Curious as a unique, private space to host fun and imaginative workshops and events for the curious-minded. Partnering up with local designers, artisans and makers, House Curious brings you exciting and fresh learning experiences. It’s a place to learn something new with fellow inquisitive souls and share food and stories around a table. You can expect cooking workshops, photography, interior and food styling, wine and cheese tasting, craft nights, wellness days, mother and baby afternoons, the list is endless. Add the occasional intimate supper club and pop up shop to the mix and there you have it… House Curious.

Shoot location
Situated in leafy Wandsworth Common, House Curious is a gorgeous mix of Victorian splendour and contemporary sleek. Spread over 5000 sq ft it comprises six bedrooms, a large industrial-style open plan kitchen diner, a bar and cinema room and its design is a mixture of bright Scandinavian and dark quirkiness.
